U. S. Special Forces camp at Lang Vei?

This may have been the general location of the U. S. Army Special Forces camp at Lang Vei, opened in December, 1966, after the Special Forces camp at Khe Shanh (opened in August, 1962) was turned over to the U. S. Marines in December, 1966. The imagery does not look to be a good military location, but the general geographical location appears to be similar to the camp's location.

(-The U.S. Special Forces Camp is about 2 miles of North-west from this point,on the side of highway 9 "Phuong Hoang")

After further study at the highest imagery level, it appears to me that the location of the U. S. Special Forces camp at Lang Vei may be slightly north, in one of the boxes above this one. As I recall, the camp lay between the river on the west, and the steam bed shown to the east, in several of the boxes above this location. That area appears to be a stronger military position.
