Hi all, A dustbin sector. don't dump your money. (MCF don't care for this sector. Plats are alloted in 93 but no development)
No electricity. No plants. No water(without electricity). Water test is salty. Surrounded by unauthorized colonies and village. No chance for development.
With grief, I am resident of this sector in Surya Nagar - II and invest my all future money in this pathetic area which even don't have drinking water.

Neglected : Surya Nagar Phase - II, Sector – 91, Faridabad
WE WOULD like to bring to your notice that Surya Nagar Phase II came to existence in the year 1992-1993, through the Municipal Corporation Faridabad (MCF).Now, it is coming up fast and approximately 80-100 houses have been constructed and most of them are occupied. But, it is a regretted to point out that the development in the area is almost nil. We are facing problems in almost every basic amenity which require for a human beings to survive and lives a peaceful life, for example - 1. Sewers: Sewers are choked, as all are still to be unplugged, and sewerage disposal is overflowing and spreading in surrounding area in open plots. Causing (a) Breading of mosquitoes (b) stinking smell (c) defacing the surroundings. 2. Poles and electrification: many poles are missing/half broken and lots of poles still require wiring. Residents are facing such problem as there is no wiring in front of their house. Proper wiring required immediately. Street lights can not reach corner due to above said problem, whatever lights asr there, mostly are useless and not taken care properly. 3. Approach Road: There is only one approach road from Palla Pul to our sector that too in a very horrible condition and can not be termed a proper road. Approx 2km road up to sector is no where smooth, is full of craters, dust, water logged, encroached by shops and story cattle. Even sector own roads are still not completed. Very few roads are laid down that too not properly & smooth. 4. Drainage system / Katcha Nalah / Water Logging: There is ‘Katcha Nallah’ passing through the sector & have no proper exit & the dirty water is spreading in low lying areas and the disposal of sewerage water is making the condition worse. Whole surrounding is stinking as well as breading ton of mosquitoes. 5. Maintenance of Parks: There are many park sites, but non is maintained, not even developed. Total area is barren, not a single tree is seen. We can not plant a tree as all it is open. Cows/buffaloes eats away, whatever grows. 6. Complaint / Enquiry Office: Previously we are forced to make complaint at sector 37, now it is bifurcated and our are is shifted to sector 28 means 4 kms to go and 4kms to reach back. Complaints on phone to concerned JEs are of no use. Our complaints are not registered and goes to deaf ears, moreover can not be proved. It is suggested that a site office is lying vacant which can be used for such purpose and we will be able to see the faces of concerned staff working after our sector.
It is strange that even after 15 years, there is no electricity, sewers are still unplugged, roads are in bad shape, parks are not developed, water-logging has created havoc etc. There has been no development from the MCF. It will be appreciated if you kindly make convenient to visit this sector at least once and judge the pathetic condition of your own sector in which we are living.
