Current FWFD Station 18. Built in 1927 in the Craftsman style to blend in with surrounding houses. Former Sta. 8 on Lipscomb St is another example. This is the oldest operating station in the city. In recent years the engine bay floor was lowered about 3 feet to accomodate larger apparatus. In doing so the pole was removed.
