Located on the upper stream of the Hantan river, it is about 80 meters wide and 5 meters high and used to be called 'the Niagara of Korea'. As one of the best 8 Cheorwon sights, it has a grand and exciting landscape with vertical cliffs and natural rocks.
Hatan river's clear water and sufficient amount of water make this place as a best place for summer holiday. Also, fish soup cooked by river fish is one of best taste.
