Fountain

This is the location of a large fountain. It seems to be located in about themiddle of the downtown area. Every month or so, kids dump liquid soap in the water and the fountain must be drained and cleaned. You would think that this would lose it's charm over time, but it still makes me laugh when I see a disgruntled city worker cleaning out the suds.
