it is a well developed farmhouse with number of urban facilities developed over the period of 25 years such as water circulation, 3 phase electric connection, house garage, sheds , storage godowns etc.it has many fruit palnts planted and cultivated over the years such as you name the fruit and we have it..it has access thrugh the bridge built by Lawates.the water harvesting ponds have been built all over the farm which also increases the ground water level which helps maintain abundance of water throughout the year.water pumping facility from river has been installed.
The farm is owned and run jointly by Lawates, MAsurkar, Gadre, and Bhamare.We are adopting the group farming system to cut costs and improve efficiency.
