Barrio Norte (Northern Neighborhood) (Buenos Aires)

Barrio Norte (spanish for Northern Neighborhood) is the informal name given to a part of Buenos Aires centering around Santa Fe avenue, and including parts of Retiro, Recoleta, Balvanera, and Palermo.
