Holst Birthplace Museum (Cheltenham)

The Holst Birthplace Museum celebrates the life of composer Gustav Holst (1874-1934) who created the masterpiece 'The Planets'.
Established in 1974 by Holst's daughter Imogen and saved from closure by the people of Cheltenham in 1999, the museum provides access to Holst's life and work as well as insight into Victorian social history.
