Darbargadh was once upon a time richest residential area in Bantwa before independence. Banwa was hub for foreign business. After independence this houses were dug out till foundation and people recovered much more jewellery and gold. Even the stones and wooden frames were stolen by people. This place and town Banwa is converted to Khander. Darbadgadh is only now dipcting past glories of pre independence period.
