USA / California / Belvedere / Los Angeles, California / North Spring Street, 1635
 warehouse, historic landmark

Built in 1890, this building is one of the oldest remaining industrial buildings in Los Angeles. Originally it housed the California Ice Company (ice factory) and the New Your Suspender Factory. In 2007 it was declared "Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument 872". It now houses the Chiparaki Cultural Civic Computing Center.

Charles Raphael was crushed to death by a load of glass that fell on him during it's removal from a truck on 26 May 1905. The Family continued the business and retained ownership of the building until the mid-1930s.
