Primarily used as rehearsal studios for local bands. Once you're renting your space, it's yours. Full 24/7 access rehearsal studios with sound-dampened rooms. The rates are very reasonable in this respect. It's almost unheard of that another band would overpower your own rehearsal, so the sound-proofing/dampening seems effective.
