Teakwood Hills is a new, plush subdivision in barangay Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City. Inaugurated in September 2007, Teakwood Hills is owned and managed by A Brown Company, Inc. (ABCI), the same people behind the success of the famous Xavier Estates in Cagayan de Oro. In fact, Teakwood Hills is being developed as the Xavier Estates on the east side of the city. The major distinction however, is the breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea.
