Lake of No Return (NONGYANG)

i have seen this lake from th indian side of t border

'No Return'; local people had been telling us, during the olden period! 'WILL' and 'EFFORTS'; with the efforts & will, only, always won by the race, by the 'Surveyors', during 1963-65 and now, also!! NEFA, Nagaland, Manipur and Assamm; would all the sectors, even, like Mars'!!!
