Large basin

Sahridj M'Bedda is commonly called “Large Basin”. This place was very important in the history of the city since it sheltered royal palates under the dynasty of Zianides. This place was made up of palate and a great water space intended for the princes. This large basin is one of largest of the Maghreb. Unfortunately, there do not remain any signs of the palates. A legend tells us that the descendants of Kings Zianides were assassinated here.
