Anglican cathedral church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity was founded 1140 by Robert Fitzharding. Originally St. Augustine Abbey, rebuilt during the 14th century in English Decorated Gothic style.
Became the seat of the newly created Bishop of Bristol and the cathedral of the new Diocese of Bristol by Henry VIII in 1542.
This Norman and Gothic style cathedral is grade I. listed building.
