"The Village by the Arboretum is an adult lfe-style community situated on 110 acres of land leased from the University of Guelph. Over 850 residents currently live in the Village by the Arboretum, and construction is actively underway on the fifth and final phase of the development. When completed, Phase Five will include four condiminium units comprised of a total of 143 luxury apartments; 100 independent living units; 100 assisted living units and an on-site medical facility.
