I overheard him saying how he is defraiding the directors of pick n pay kensington and how he simply enkoys misleading customers because he wants to open his own bakery. Is this the managers pick n pay kensington employ.

  • Today at Twelve midday I went to the Pick n Pay Brackenhurst to buy some rolls.On arrival I found a B lack lady complaining that she is awaiting the Manager as she has been waiting in the queue for so long to be served but being ignored in preferance to White customers.On arrival, Derrick the manager went to the employees to ask them what the problem was instead of addressing the issue of the Black lady who had an issue with poor service or the lack thereof. The employees on the fear of seing Derrick, rushed to serve the White customers sidelining this Black lady and in the process there was commotion.I intervened by telling the staff to stop and serve the customer that had been waiting for long time and I also approached Derrick , asked him if he is the manager and if he can provide me with his name as I intend to report him for poor management.He refused to give his name and stated further that he is not the Manager for the Bakery section.
  • I went to Daveyton pick n pay and I find the store manager,I ask the manager to query me my proof of payment,as I pay my account there as an easypay payer.He wasn't helpful and he told me that what Im asking for is impossible.As for now Im in credit bureur becaause the company that Im paying didn't receive my payment from last year October till March this year.Is really painfull as I cant afford to do antyhing because of this bad record that I have now. I need help...

  • Pick N Pay Birchleigh North -Branch Manager/ Floor manager not very helpful to sort out a mistake the cashier made( she at least apologized for her error) Phone has not been working for 3 months and my money would have been back in my account within 24 Hours - Yeah 6 Days later nothing happened.- Nobody phones you - think I must go and file a theft case
  • I have ordered on line for a number of years. the service is pathetic to say the least. They have been late on a number of occasions and expect you to pack all the lose stuff in the car as they do not supply bags. Rather purchase from Checkers, even if they are a bit better it will beat the current lack of service.
  • The till slips at P&P Heathway is illegible to read. Numerous complaints in this regard directed to this shop ignored, only response that they do not have the required ink ribbons. Poor service - result, changed shopping venue.
  • Pick n Pay Nicolway - The layout of the store was changed towards the end of 2018 and new 'signs' or 'banners' or 'aisle information boards' were hung from the ceilings. The word 'mineral' is spelt incorrectly, on the board advising customers where to find the mineral water'. It is spelt 'minerl'. The copywriter and the person that signed off the art work (authorising person) need to be spoken to as well as the store manager. There are two ways to solve this, either remove the sign completely, the disadvantage is that customers will not be able to find the mineral water, or place a piece of paper over the incorrect spelling with the correct spelling. I am sure that the branding experts will say that this idea will damage the corporate image. Incorrect spelling is unacceptable and more damaging in the long term. Pick n Pay is promoting stationery and attending school but has sings with incorrect spelling, this is a paradox. The first response will be, "the sign writers are closed", however an alternative solution could be found rather than hanging the sign and waiting for it to be changed.
