These are some of the few remaining signs within Mississauga of the Guelph Branch of the Toronto Suburban Railway that used to connect The Junction (Toronto) to Guelph. The railway was established in the late 19th century and was abandoned in the early 20th century."

These ruins are best viewed in winter, as they are concealed and overgrown by brush during the summer.
