  • this city is on the banks of the river gdhavari. the river ios on the side of the city which is a very good sighn for prosperity. in tune with the fact the city is growing. this palce has got the potential to be a very good city in the state. if its made a district its going to be the most economically developed city in the whole of AP. the most industrially developed district. the NTPC, SINGARENI, ACC, ORIENT CEMENTS, KESORAM CEMENTS, SIRPUR PAPER MILS,are few to be mentioned that are going to be in the district.

  • Real estate in Mancherial is yet to boom up. There is a huge potential for all round development and growth in Mancherial. 10 Years from down the line, the city can be compared with Warangal. Godavari river and Main Rly line upto New Delhi coupled with Small Scale and High powered industries are jewel to the city dwellers and prospective settlers. Frequent trains up to Hyderabad are need of the hour. We all are waiting eagerly for formation of District hood for the state.
