Used to be Playtogs, but Playtogs whent chapter 11 and got bought out by National Wholesale Liquidators in the early 90s. Playtogs was nicknamed 'Playrags' because it is a super-cheap wal-mart like that sold a lot of really low-quality merchandise and factory reject (irregular) clothing. Competed with salvation army and goodwill outlet stores in pricing at their lowest end of their product quality spectrum. National Wholesale Liquidators is competitive with wal-mart in pricing and quality.
