No graffiti and minimal crime rate. In the better side of Windsor which for this city is the East side.

The better side of windsor is clearly the south side. Look at the number of crimes over the years on the east side.

What kind of crimes Mike? Forest Glade is older, but still well kept. I would never call it upper class. More like working middle class. The east side is a good area. Especially the newer East Riverside area. I think we can all agree anywhere is better than the west end around Ambassador bridge. | ||||
