A property situated at Indore[23/2, old palasia,Indore- MP] and mortgaged to Thousand lights Branch[code 941] Canara Bank ,Chennai has been illegally sold by the loanee Kalpana Shenvi in 2005 and the thousand light branch of Canara Bank,despite getting information of fraud,is sleeping over the matter.A high level complaint was made,but still CANARA BANK is yet to file application with Registrar OF Prperty Indore to cancel the fraudulent sale deed executed in March 2005.The NPA's of Canara Bank will go through the roof. RBI should be informed of such gross negligence.
