Former village Davydkovo (Moscow)

Became part of Moscow in 1960. In the mid 1400s it was the property of boyar Dimitry Bobrok-Volynsky - one of the landlords under Dimitry Donskoy. In 1623, the village was named Davydkovo. The name of the village is preserved by the naming of the Davydkovskaya Street.
