A slightly guarded place to keep boats when not using them and/or for fixing. A lot of old and very different boats are standing here on wheels. Some are "parked" in the water at several long piers. Boat owners have very small metal "garages" - human size, to store boat engines and stuff locked. Some such boxes are made of old gas water kiosks.
