Northwood Hills was developed starting in 1958. It is a quiet distinctive neighborhood of 1271 homes (including 99 duplexes) on large lots with hundreds of full grown oak trees in North Dallas, bounded by Plano to the north, Richardson on the East, Preston Hollow on the south, and Addison on the west.
