Mutiara Damnsara, is a new housing area, developed by Mutiara Rini Sdn Bhd . It has few of the most exciting shopping malls in Selangor, Malaysia . And It is the first in Malaysia to have a pedestrian mall , which enhance the shopping experience and dinning . An exquisite area with Ikea , Tesco , IKano(which is a mix shopping mall , the Curve and the Cineleisure Damansara , which houses 10 screens cinemas, and also entertainment. Mutiara Damansara is like no place else.   • Its a brilliant place! if u go to ikano/ikea, be sure to drive around the neighbouhood..a very nice place and super convinient!!!
  • Mutiara Damansara is becoming the in-place to set up corporate offices due to its easy accessibility, relatively cheaper rental rate (than KLCC & CBD areas), convenience to amenities / shopping / foods and and most importantly less traffic congestion. Many corporate offices are being developed now. Occupancy has trended up lately.
