Badnera–New Amravati Narkhar rail route emanates from a point between Badnera–Amravati Branch line, runs westerly towards Akoli village where New Amaravti station is constructed, from here it goes northerly direction towards Chandur Bazar via Walgaon.The work on this stretch of 44 km was completed in 2005, however, work on the section between Chandur Bazar and Narkhar(94 km) is delayed very badly for lack of funds.
