This smokestack was demolished and is now part of the River Pier Condo and parking garage development. This new six-story development includes 18 condominiums on floors two through six, two new eateries (Blue Plate & Hennen's) and other retail occupying 17,000 square feet of ground floor space with views along Chestnut Street and the new Chattanooga Green (new riverfront park) and the Tennessee River. The new Hennen's Restaurant faces Chestnut Street.
