PCCW Limited (PCCW, 電訊盈科) is the largest telecommunication enterprise in Hong Kong. It was formed by Li Tzar Kai, Richard, son of Hong Kong tycoon and billionaire Li Ka Shing. Formerly Pacific Century Development, it was an investment holdings company. The English name of PCCW was changed from "Pacific Century CyberWorks Limited" to "PCCW Limited" on August 9, 2002.
