Kalyan Bhattacharyya's Home, 56A Shyampukur Street, Kolkata 700 004

This house was built in 1968 by Sri Nalin Kumar Bhattacharjee with his hard work. A very well built three storied house made with steel and concrete. The house is all mosaic, grill and glass windows. The east and south of the house is open and the west and the north is totally closed. At the first floor (ground) there are two garages, on the top of which there is a mezline room. At the back of which there is a kitchen, bathroom and an open space with a small water reservoir to take a shower. At the second and third floor there are a big room and a small room and a full bathroom. At the second and third floor, there are Verandas at the south side of the house (which is Shyampukur Street), as well as at the east side of the house. At the north-west corner of the fourth floor roof there is a small shrine room and a small rough on the top. The house is being maintained very well.
