300-acre Ryland homes planned community founded in 2005, featuring single-family homes and townhomes, named for late historic mansion in Fredericksburg. HOA is Armstrong Management. Situated between Routes US-1 and VA-3. Many of the houses have neo-traditional facades, but sadly, the houses are 3/4ths siding, which diminishes their old-timey appeal.
