Wow what a host of misinformation! The Kroger is open but on the SW corner. The Walgreen's is 24-hour and across the street. The Music & Molasses Festival is held at Ellington Agricultural Park just about a mile up Edmonson Pike. Nipper's Corner is named for Mr. Nipper who had a huge farm in the area and had his own drive-in type movie theater by projecting on a barn. Then, the multiplex was built and finally torn down.
