  Yes, this is the MVPI center. I am not quite sure how to reach from Jubail road but try to follow the signs to Abu Hadriyah road.

  The best way to reach it is to enter Abu Hadriyah from Abqaiq Highway and continue heading north untill you pass Riyadh Junction then turn right here.

  From Aramco gate #5 take the Abu hadriya Highgway--- there a huge round about to geto it -- then after second highway cross 1 km.ahead will get the gas station
