People from all walks of life congregate here during the months of January to April. They walk along the beach digging the sand, collecting Olive Ridley (Sea Turtle Lepidochelys olivacea ) eggs and take them to the hatchery at Neelankarai. Sometimes folks bring their guitars and congos to entertain these wildlife enthusiasts.Its A LOTTTA FUN!
