  I brought a patient in this hospital a while back , and I was gobsmacked to know that even the first line of treatment for simple shortness of breath is a rarity. Really sad , I wonder why all our nursing graduates travel away from Caramoan after, to find a better hospital instead of serving our own. In other words , our own hospital needs an attention , an urgent attention.....
