2-story wood and brick house built in 1938 by Chula Vista contractor Howard Sebastian. Purchased with a large parcel of land in 1955 by Rohr Aircraft Corporation (Fred Rohr owner) for the recreational use of its employees. Purchased in 1966 by the City of Chula Vista for public park use.
