Father Mathew Bridge (Irish: Droichead an Athar Maitiú) connects Arran Quay and Inns Quay on the north bank of the River Liffey to Usher's Quay and Merchant's Quay on the south.
It was originally named Whitworth Bridge (after Charles, Duke of Whitworth, who was Lord Lieutenant 1813-1817). It was erected in 1818 and re-balustraded in 1890. It received its present nomination in 1938.
