Warton House, formerly Yardleys lavender soap factory, built in 1937. Note: the name of the architect not found. Yardley are one of the world's oldest perfume companies having been established in 1770, and have been official suppliers to the Royal Family for over 100 years.
There is a Yardley 'logo' on the building, and probably make out that it depicts a lavender picker with a basket full of the stuff.
