Chalisgaon is a city and a municipal council in Jalgaon district in the state of Maharashtra.

Chalisgaon is the second largest tehsil after Bhusawal in Jalgaon district. Some of the prominent villages under Chalisgaon administration are: Mehunbare, Umbarkhed, Waghali, Patonda, Hirapur, Saygaon, Khedgaon, Bahal, Jamda, Pilkhod etc.
