Built in 1983 and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Was known as the Cigna Building for many years. The odd shape of the building is due to the inability to secure the land at the southwest corner of this site. The holdout parcel is the site of a two story eyesore that alternates between vacancy and habitation by various fast food places.
