Sinait is a coastal municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. It had a population of 25,427 people as registered in the 2010 Census. The town is situated at the northern tip of the province.

Because of its main commodity, garlic, Sinait is also known as the Garlic Center of the North.
