    One of the oldest housing estates outside of Johor Baru city area. Originally called Mosbert Village but renamed Taman Johor after the developer went bankrupt. Residents spent years dicing with death by having to cross the main trunk road (which evolved into part of the Senai highway) until a pedestrian overpass was built in the late 1980s as part of the BN Tambatan by-election promise.
