BF Metal Corporation (BFMC) is one of the Companies under the umbrella organization of BF Corporation owned by Engr. Bayani Fernando who is the former Chairman of the Metro Manila Development Authority. It was founded sometime on 1968 in the name of BF Metal Engineering Construction as a single proprietorship with an initial capital of P6,000.00 and started business at J. M. Basa Street, Calumpang, Marikina. BFMC was later incorporated on 2 September 1993 and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Registry No. ASO93-006813.
