Al Hati pacha restaurant (Baghdad)

Pacha is a traditional Iraqi dish, composed mainly of sheep's brains, eyes, tongues, with rice-and-minced meat filled stomach and bowls. The fact that this dish is so heavy in fats and calories, most cleints are blue collar muscular mechanics coming from the neibouring Sheik Omar industrial area. The eyes are considered a delicacy.
