This is to inform you that my elder brother Sri Amal Sarkar has been suffering from cardiological problems. In May 2008 he has admitted to Ramkrishna Mission Seva Pratisthan, Kolkata with acute chest pain and Doctors are diagnosed that he is a Miocardial Infarction patient with diabetic. That time his Ejection Fraction rate was 37%. Now his Ejection Fraction rate is 42% as per Echocardiogram (3rd time) at SSKM Hospital, Kolkata. After Angiogram Doctor told us that he has multiple blockage and advised for CABG immediately. They provide us a CD with a block diagram paper.

Sir, I have learnt that your esteemed hospital serves for the poor patients which is absolutely free of charges and we are very much interested to get your service because we have no other alternatives. My brother is the main earning member in our family.

Fat suppressed T2 Coronal (STIR)

Finding: There are fracture with collapse and grade III anterior wedging of D3 vertebral body.
The collapsed vertebral body is heterogeneously hypointense on T1W1 and hyperintense on T2W1.
ALL and PLL are starched over the collapsed vertebral body.
There is retropulsion of D3 vertebral body causing central canal narrowing and cord compression.
Paraspinal muscles are normal in size and signal intensity without any fluid collection.

Impression: Traumatic collapse with fracture and anterior wedging of D3 vertebral body with retropulsion, canal narrowing and compressive myelopathy.

What can I do for this case?
Pls suggest me as early as possible.
