The bronze plaque marking Russia's Kilometre Zero is located in Moscow, just in front of the Iberian Chapel, in a short passage connecting Red Square with Manege Square and flanked by the State Historical Museum and the City Duma.
Zero kilometer mark - all distances "from Moscow center" are measured from this point. The mark initially was planned to be set up on Red Square between Lenin's Mausoleum and State Shopping Center in 1985. Was actually set up here after 10 years. Just make a wish and throw a coin over your shoulder
