This lot was occupied by Crystal Arcade in the 1930s, the first air-conditioned shopping mall in the Philippines. It was demolished to give way to the new headquarters of the Philippine National Bank, which owns the building until 1995 when it was turned over to the City of Manila. Occupied by the City College of Manila (now Universidad de Manila) since 1995. Building destroyed by a fire in January 7, 2015.
The city converted the lot into a parking area.
