  Hello Folks, This is Murali Krishna S/o S.Hanumesh Rao (Late) Teacher from Bramhanapalli which is 13 Kms far from Kalyandurg. I have completed my entire study in KLD from 1st standard to B.Com. There is once Ramaswamy Temple in fort which is very very oldest temple and it was built by Sri Krishnadevaraya, There are 4 cinema halls (Venkatamma, Venkateshwara, Tent and Manjunath), There is one GOVT Degree College and one Intermediate College, There are quite a few GOVT Schools & Private Schools as well, There are quite a few famus school teacher like Mr. B.Ramanatha Rao (Late), Mr.S.Hanumesh Rao (Late), B.Vadiraja Rao, Mr.Narasinga Rao, Mr.Madavayya, Mr.Linganna, Mr.Nagabhushan, Mr.Gouri Shankar, Mr.Malla Reddy, Mrs. Indiramma, Ms. Suguna Bai, Mr.Erappa, Mr.Karenna.

  Hi Folks, This is Gudivenka Mummaneedi Bhargava from Narayanapuram village ,KLD, Now a days Kalyandurg is devoloping like anything with lot of resources like wind forms, mining, Vegetable nurseries.It is having very big ring road too which connects Bellary, Bangalore, Anantapur and chellekere roads,it saves lot of time without entering into town. It's a center place for Bellary, Rayadurg and chellekere etc which is leading well for business. It has developed with lot of good schools with high end amenities, CBSE syllabus schools too. People here mainly depending on rainfall agriculture. Ground nuts are main crop here; commercial crops like Karbooja (Muskmelon), Papaya are good cultivations here. Politically Telugudesam party (TDP) having good grasp here. Major castes are Kamma, kaapu, Yadavas, Boya etc. Regards, Bhargava GM.
