Privately owned, well maintained green open space. Local residents and public are welcome to visit and use the facility provided posted rules are followed. The area is occasionally patrolled by private surveillance contractor Metro-Watch of Portland LLC. Park features include a half-dozen waterfall fountains, several paved trails, and a small outdoor amphitheater. Flocks of geese stop en route on their migration flyway. Coyotes are often seen in the area.
