Fridtjof Nansens Square (Oslo)

Square located north of (behind) the city hall of Oslo.
The square is surrounded in the north side by buildings shaped as a sircle, who was buildt in the same time as the city hall (in 1931–50).
The square is named after the Norwegian explorer, scientist and diplomat Fridtjof Nansen.
